	All equipment remains the property of The Welsh Chair Cover Company 176 Mount Pleasant Rd Ebbw Vale Gwent NP23 6JW.

	The Welsh Chair Cover Company shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons and property arising from the use of any of the equipment hired to the customer. The Welsh Chair Cover Company shall not under any circumstances be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or incurred costs caused by its negligence or other default in the performance of its duties.

	Where requested, a refundable deposit is payable in addition to the hire charges and at the option of the owners may be used as payment towards any monies due from the hirer to the owner. Deposits are only refundable after all such sums due to the owner have been paid.

	Shortage or damage to goods will be charged at the full replacement value at the time of hire, details of values for insurance and replacement purposes are available upon request. Should the hirer wish to have any damaged goods returned for inspection, the owner should be notified in writing no less than 28 days of the hirer being informed of any damage. If no such notice is received then the goods will be disposed of. Goods returned for inspection will be at the expense of the customer.
