The owner must be notified immediately of any variation in the order or duration of the hire period by the customer. Such variation in the agreed order or hire period may result in additional hire charges being applied. (See also paragraph 12 regarding cancellation terms)
Goods must be available for collection at the delivery address unless previously agreed. Any extra expense incurred by the owner where subsequent journeys become necessary will be charged accordingly.
The hire period shall be deemed to continue until the goods are made available to the owner or returned to their possession. In the case of late return of hire goods on the part of the hirer, a hire charge will apply equivalent to the daily hire rate until the goods are made available or returned to the owner.
Our payment terms are 14 days prior to the event in the case of advance bookings. For advance bookings made less than 14 days prior to the required date, then payment is due in full on receipt of invoice and not less than 5 days prior to the hire date.
We will make every effort to collect the goods at the times requested by the hirer, however, although removal will be as prompt as possible we cannot guarantee collection immediately after use from every venue. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that any goods hired are kept dry and in a secure place until collected.
