The owner must be notified immediately of any variation in the order or duration of the hire period by the customer. Such variation in the agreed order or hire period may result in additional hire charges being applied. (See also paragraph 12 regarding cancellation terms)

   
 

Goods must be available for collection at the delivery address unless previously agreed. Any extra expense incurred by the owner where subsequent journeys become necessary will be charged accordingly.

   
 

The hire period shall be deemed to continue until the goods are made available to the owner or returned to their possession. In the case of late return of hire goods on the part of the hirer, a hire charge will apply equivalent to the daily hire rate until the goods are made available or returned to the owner.

   
 

In the event of cancelled advance bookings, 25% of the lost hire charges will be payable by the hirer to the owner. Any cancellations made within 5 days of the hire date will be charged for at the full hire rate. Any bespoke linen or covers manufactured for the hirer must be paid for in full prior to commencement of production.

   
 

Our payment terms are 14 days prior to the event in the case of advance bookings. For advance bookings made less than 14 days prior to the required date, then payment is due in full on receipt of invoice and not less than 5 days prior to the hire date.
