The cost for basic laundry is included in the hire price, however, if any goods are returned heavily soiled and cannot be returned to pre-event condition following our normal laundry practice a charge will be levied from any deposit monies paid for the extra work incurred in restoring the goods to pre-event condition. If after this process they are still unfit for future use they will be deemed scrap and a charge for their replacement will apply.

We will make every effort to collect the goods at the times requested by the hirer, however, although removal will be as prompt as possible we cannot guarantee collection immediately after use from every venue. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that any goods hired are kept dry and in a secure place until collected.

Whilst we will make every effort to supply the specific items requested, we reserve the right to substitute an appropriate alternative where necessary. Should it become necessary to make a substitution to the requested goods, the owner will endeavour to notify the hirer of any such variation to the requested goods.
